Claudia Gomez, CBHCM, is a graduate of Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín (Urbe) in Venezuela, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication with a specialization in advertising and public relations.

Ms. Gomez serves as a Behavioral Health Case Manager, a field she has worked in since 2021. She is committed to assisting individuals facing the complexities of substance use disorders and serious mental illnesses. Her personal experience in recovery fuels her passion for helping clients adhere to treatments, therapies, and rehabilitation, while also connecting them with community resources for housing, food, and education to build self-sufficiency.

Ms. Gomez is a Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager (CBHCM). She provides comprehensive care coordination—including medical, mental health, and pharmacy services—and speaks English and Spanish.
